Employee onboarding is often a letdown. We fixed it

- bfeynman 4y agoOne of the most "solution in search of a problem" I seen, and there are dozens of companies that already do this. Turns out onboarding is something companies don't really care about if they don't invest in it, there are a lot of places with very high turnover that make this moot.
