The plotloop Machine – Stop-motion animations made with LEGOs and a pen plotter
- abey79 4y agoI recently built an “Automatic #plotloop Machine”, named after the social media hashtag for these looping animations made of individually machine-drawn frames. It uses an AxiDraw pen plotter, Raspberry Pis, a camera, and a stepper-motor-powered LEGO Technic contraption as paper feeder. The article includes a video and provides a great many details covering all the hardware and software aspects of the project.
