If AliveCor’s patent is valid then the whole system should be trashed. The details of their “Mobile ECG sensor apparatus” patent is connecting a prior art ecg sensor electrically to a prior art transmitter. The “novel” part they seem to be claiming is basically a wire. How does junk like this ever get approved?
