- whyenot 4y agoThat has not been proven. He hasn’t had a trial yet. Maybe you are unfamiliar with the US justice system, but at least in principle the idea is to only punish after someone has been found guilty.
- user_named 4y agoNo, it's proven and it's a fact. Legal liability within the US and to what extent, for what, hasn't been proven.
