I see no evidence Apple is getting ‘Spanked’ by Google in the camera department. Google seems to be advertising some editing features that have been available in third party iOS apps for some time. That’s about it.

The Pixel 2 had an edge on the iPhone of its time. Even an Apple store employee admitted it to me. Switching to iPhone has given me a better experience.
