As far as I recall I've never had delivery service spam either in my inbox or my spam folder. I occasionally get a spam message in my inbox, but it's perhaps once or twice a month. My spam folder collects perhaps fifty messages a month with perhaps one or two falsely identified (usually newsletters or similar where it's understandable that the content might score a bit closer to the line). I wonder whether there's something about the messages you've approved, or alternatively if your email address is somehow on more delivery-spam oriented wishlists...? Perhaps a legit delivery service with your email had a leak?
