That’s ridiculous. We recycle all kinds of things. It has little to do with entropy, a lot more to do with can we make the process cheaper than starting from raw materials. With plastic the answer is mostly no so far, but these enzymes have the potential to change that, maybe. With glass, steel, aluminum, it’s cheaper to recycle than start from ore.
