It is misleading for sure in it's current state. In my opinion when it becomes a proper L3 (my estimate is in 2 years) the FSD name would be fair, even if a L3 implies that the car may ask you to take over.
- janalsncm 4y agoAt a minimum FSD needs an asterisk like “these statements have not been evaluated by the FDA” for supplements.
