That first 20% of buffering is a lie. It'll manage to do that with no internet connection at all. Fair chance the hotel blocked netflix, or otherwise just doesn't have the bandwidth for streaming video.
- marcus_holmes 4y agoI logged in fine, though. And there's enough bandwidth for streaming from a free site with no problems.
