Plain English is a terrible way to express ourselves clearly and unambiguously. That's why programming languages exist.
- seydor 4y agosure, thats why those systems take natural language and produce code. But the language is used to tell the system What the program does , not How to do it. AI systems tend to be good at filling the blanks with sane default behavior.
- profstasiak 4y agoyou are the person that translated Plain English into programming language. I think what the author suggests, soon AI will be able to do it.
- dinkumthinkum 4y agoDo you think we should probably use Miller Syntax as an alternative? It seems just as logical as what people are saying about AI now.
