These articles make it out as if it's the supply that drives the market. Is more supply really why more cocaine is being used? It seems like the luxury market overall is booming and I wonder, for example if cocaine is part of that? Overall it's clear that legalization is s better solution than whatever is going on now. It might even remove some of the cachet that makes it a luxury item.
- quantified 4y agoPresumably it's not as bad as was claimed in the past if the ERs are not full of ODs and child bellies aren't empty from the diverted money. Crack, like meth and fentanyl, has no social cachet. If legalized, should be rationed, I'm sure it's too much for some people.
