And yet we don't prohibit the ownership or use of leaf blowers or police party noise. You can own the loudest sound systems known to man.
I just find the way we change arguments around hobby externalities depending on the hobby to be interesting.

And we do regulate time, place, and manner of use of leaf blowers in many jurisdictions.
