Highjacking planes is illegal but we still don't allow guns and bombs on planes, it makes it easier to enforce.
Risk mitigation is a part of public policy.
- nulbyte 4y agoActually, we do allow firearms on planes. In the US, you must declare them and store them properly in checked baggage. The rules strike me as suitably tailored to the actual risks, unlike the repair law in question. And that's assuming the repair law was actually intended to address environmental risks.
