This is silly, there should be a middle ground. A 1 strike policy would just stifle any innovation coming out of a company.

- williamscales 4y agoYeah, I wouldn't advocate a 1 strike policy. Fines should escalate with repeated violations. The fines should be tied to revenue and after some violations they should reach the point where the business cannot continue.
