- _8j50 4y agoCyber criminals face no consequences in Russia so long as they don't target russians. One of the tell-tale signs of Russian provenance for malware is if it checks for russian locale or cyrillic kb layout before branching.
- PeterStuer 4y agoRansomware 'technically is script kiddie domain with today's malware tool-kits. You'll need a bit more supporting evidence to link a particular party than just guesses.
