- Wronnay 4y agoThe list is about financial-related offences - so there are only financial companies on the list. - gorbachev 4y agoBoA is an equal opportunity violator. If you click on the name, you'll see that half of its $80B of penalties are from financial offenses and the other half from consumer protection related offenses. I believe Wells Fargo is about to rise in the rankings as well. I didn't see their $3B+ penalty announced last week on their list yet.
