Whenever I look for a job, the numbers are: - around 15 potential companies I’m interested in working for (after spending some time on the internet) - I apply to 10 or so - 2 or so never answer - I don’t pass the first call for 1 company - 5 answer me - I fail the tech interview with half of them - I pass the whole interview with 2 or 3, from which I select 1
