I was discussing about that topic some time ago and was left wondering what the proportions of various mentally ill people actually are in the rought 3 categories: - dangerous/"seriously impacting" for others (→ locking up in an asylum) - need to be forced to take some treatment / learning so that they can function in the community - the rest I genuinely do not know the ratios, but have the feeling that the 1st one is really marginal, the 2nd quite a lot and the 3rd the bulk of people
