Pretty crazy because his engineering decision to lay off a huge chunk of engineering implying the Twitter engineering was easy and trivial was a huge part of him being an incompetent CEO. He doesn't really know how to code nor architect any software systems, what makes him think he's qualified to lead the software side? It's insane.
