But roughly, stability in our own habitable-zone planetary system is determined by interaction between the Sun and Jupiter, further modulated by Saturn-Jupiter interaction. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grand_tack_hypothesis https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grand_tack_hypothesis My intuition is that lower-mass star systems may have more gradual tidal effects that would make possible more paths to stable planet formation.
