How is this any different from just re-using a bunch of template letters? If I was a lawyer I would be worried that the AI doesn't say something just right, potentially opening up contract loopholes. I would expect that you would need to proofread/audit everything anyways, which is the real time killer.
Would a lawyer sign something they didn't read?
