Elon Musk ‘actively looking’ for Twitter CEO to replace him: report
- Logans_Run 4y agoI bet Jared Kushner is gutted that he wasn't first in line to that position (take a look at the early Twitter leak links that show him actively jockeying for a position within Twitter via sycophantic tweets) and the way he positioned himself with Elon Musk at the Qatar soccer World Cup. On an amusing side note – I have noted an increase in people referring to Elon as El Ron Musk as a play on words comparing Musk to L Ron Hubbard (the founder of Scientology).
- faefox 4y agoWith such stunningly intellectual tweets as "Interesting" and "Wow" it's really no wonder he's managed to establish such a powerful cult of personality.
- HardwareLust 4y agoPretty sure Jack Dorsey is available.
- eloff 4y agoHe’s not. Elon already offered him the position and he turned it down.
- Zigurd 4y agoMy guess is that Jack rolled some shares into the deal to keep the option of being the rescue CEO in play. But not to be Elon's boy. If the banks end up owning Twitter, they will need a CEO.
- jacquesm 4y agoJack isn't stupid. Twitter was a losing battle, albeit a slow one, right now it is a sinking ship and the job description is essentially 'who wants to ride this down'. Dorsey doesn't need the money anyway.
- Zigurd 4y agoAnyone dumb enough to work for the new owner is not smart enough to not hasten the flaming wreck that's coming.
