Yes, your brain is definitely the best password manager of all. My technique:
Use a mnemonic of rhyming made-up words that are based on a childhood memory. Write it down several times, then shred/discard. Nothing sticks in your mind like a melodic rhyming phrase. The made up words can also be based on quirky phrases you maybe think to yourself and which evoke strong personal memories. To you, highly meaningful, to bots basically gibberish. It’s multi word, dictionary safe, and very secure, and has served me well for many years.
