Have you tried applying that technique in an environment where you're expected to estimate every little bug fix? (some of which would often take less time to do than to agree on an estimate for!)
- uptownfunk 4y agoYes, rule still applies. But I work in an area where nothing is little. It’s not just the code change, I have to think about all the changes that come along with the code fix.
