I don't get it, if "swatting is a serious crime" why aren't there TWELVE charges for that specifically with mandatory sentences of years? Instead they use other charges with a few years? Tricking the police to go kill people is not an "accident" or "oops" or "just kidding", it's a "well that's enough freedom for this lifetime, guess I want to spend rest of my life in prison".
