Where are the "reports constantly of people dying in the US because they tried to get their insulin to last them multiple days and ended up dying"? There are isolated cases where someone doesn't take care of it and dies, but it isn't widespread. Maybe take a break from the propaganda you're reading (In Ireland, I assume?).
