Home equity is at record highs and basically everyone has super low interest rates locked in for decades. Unless you top-ticked and bought a house in 2021 with no equity you’re fine.
- tracker1 4y agoNo, I'm not... as I would like to MOVE ... which would break me from my low-interest with equity into a much higher interest, much more expensive mortgage.
