its measurable on chain if you know what wallet addresses to watch, which can be crowd sourced by people taking money off exchanges.
- lmm 4y agoBut there's nothing to stop Binance using other addresses, or sending funds from their known wallet addresses to other addresses they control, or adding false entries to those crowd sourced lists.
