Absolutely, it's not like she has been championing consumer, employee, and shareholder protections against corporate maleficence since the 1990's. It's not like Musk and his entities are highly reliant on government funding and regularly have been proven to violate existing laws and ethical guidelines to the detriment of their employees, consumers, and shareholders.
