At least one big UK supermarket has onion bhajis just made from gram flour. No idea what restaurants do.
- ndsipa_pomu 4y agoWhich one? I occasionally check the ingredients on the ones in Tesco and Aldi. Indian restaurants would likely use the authentic recipe - the use of wheat is more for supermarkets.
