- chmod775 4y agoI suppose what you got there is an average of averages over multiple years. It absolutely does get that cold: For most of January 2021 the average daily temperature was below 20F in Oslo (21/31 days), dropping as low as 3F average and 0F for the lowest recorded temperature.
