You didn’t mention your age, but your eyesight can change quite a bit over time. I would recommend getting a new prescription and new glasses. Make sure the lenses have an anti-reflective coating and wear them all the time. I like a dimly lit room, but not completely dark. I have my monitors set to low brightness and use dark themes.
