Yes, but also no. I'm more tired of all the damned Ads, and the tracking that they stuff into things. I'd happily pay for a service that lets me keep up with all my family if it wasn't trying to know everything about me. To be clear: i'd prefer an open protocol that i just connect up to the network, and get my own feed, but at least a subscription model could mean an ad-free experience.
