- hyperhopper 4y agoEspecially amoung the people that will get in front of a crowd and shout "I'm rich, bitch!" Doubly so when intersected with the crowd that publicly eschews earthly possessions. Turns out hypocrites aren't self aware

It seduces smart people into thinking they can't lose," and helps illuminate the fundamental problem: status insulates you from accountability, but without accountability you lose a crucial form of feedback essential in nearly everyone's ability to correctly assess themselves.
