  Someone can be both smart and Dunning-Kruger themselves in the face. I don't know why someone who (self-diagnosed?) as having Asperger's thinks they'd be a good fit for leading a social media company, that feels like having a an amputee selling staircases [0]; but the rocket nerds I follow seem pretty convinced Musk genuinely knows actual rocket science. [0] as in: it could work, but you'd not expect it by default
