What's the point of announcing that you're leaving a social media platform?
- dredmorbius 4y agoBrief reflection might suggest a few self-evident reasons: 1. Letting people know where and how you can be found, followed, and contacted. 2. To voice dissatisfaction with practices and/or policies of the old platform. 3. To encourage others to do similarly. I'm surprised the question is necessary, but appreciate the opportunity to clarify.
