How do you think the results would be different if “all” Emacs users were polled? I would expect significantly less packages used and less elisp proficiency.

- morelisp 4y agoI'm not sure about "less packages used." Anecdotally it's the new users who install a massive amount of "plugins" from ELPAs and the more experienced ones slowly integrating a few large packages but mostly custom code into their workflows over 20+ years.
