As an example, try using any public VPN hosted in a German datacenter, with a German IP address on a German AS, but created by Iranians (either as help to circumvent the crackdown or as a honeypot; they routinely post these en masse on Telegram), and you'll be detected as Iranian and start getting results in Farsi. (don't try it actually, or at least use precautions and while not logged in)
