- Zigurd 4y agoNo, and far from it. But it is very possible he has run out of easy borrowing capacity denominated in billions. The most recent articles I could find are months old, but they say more than 90% of Elon's shares in Tesla are pledged as collateral. Since then, things have only deteriorated. Buying the bird app seemed like a lark.
- themitigating 4y agoA lark? This might be worst modern financial decision ever by a wealthy person if you consider the reason for the purpose wasn't financial gain.
- javajosh 4y agoHow much value did EM waste by firing so many people? How much brand value has his antics cost the platform? Twitter in its current form is terribly unattractive. I reckon the only people who'll make money on Twitter are the people currently shorting the stock.
