I thought Trenta was already recapturing electricity and feeding it back to the capacitor banks. This not clear from this video but it was a previous claim. Otherwise I don't think they would have said "feeding electricity to the grid" if it meant a negative output. Filling the capacitors, losing electricity to the experiment and then emptying the capacitors back to grid, would be highly laughable.
