Our office lease is up in less than 2 years, and our CEO said that he’s been out looking at smaller places sized for the number of people that actually want to come in. He said he’s finding a lot of places that had $$$$ spent on them a year or two before Covid. These kind of places wouldn’t be on the market if we were the only company not planning to drag people back into the office. We’ll probably end up with about half the space we had before; on any given day about 25-33% of staff has voluntarily come in and it’s never the exact same people every day. Plus, we’re hiring and need at least some room for growth.
