Profiling Context Switches on Windows with ETW

- jesse__ 4y agoI was vaguely aware one could get Windows to tell you when it performs context switches, so I decided to ask it for that information. This is my story. If anyone reads this and knows of a better way of doing what I did, I'd love to hear about it!
