Why anonymous voting?
Having a good "take" is something people like
If the idea turned out to be good they'd want some credit
But bad takes could be shameful so maybe you're right there
- suujia 4y agoWe actually do agree! Voting and contributing is only anonymous at first to prevent being biased by people who are more senior or opinionated on the team. So that everyone is an individual thinker. Afterwards the voting/contributing session, the results are revealed to show who contributed to what so you can then discuss as a team and see each others opinions.
