Thank god we didn't actual go through with shutting Diablo, but we will have neither the energy nor the distribution capacity in 10 years to meet the goals we've set. It always sounds good until you have to build something. Then you do and a few years later people blame it for being unfair, like this. Yes, it's unfair. But it worked.
