- drdo 4y agoThis is normal in Portugal. I can generate single-use cards with an arbitrary limit, limit cards that can be used any number of times, and cards with a monthly renewing limit. This works for literally any bank in Portugal via an app called MBWay.
- vntok 4y agoFrance, virtually any major bank really: LCL, Boursorama, Societe Generale, etc.
