I had to return a new DOA phone once to Google Fi; despite having a tracking number, and being delivered back to them on the final return window day, they still charged me full new price for my used-replacement phone, after the return was already delivered. Dealing with support was near impossible, no one had power to override the order, until finally I said I'd chargeback, then they were suddenly able to cancel it... Obviously I'd never actually charge back though, as shown here, I assumed I'd get the boot
