This is some more of that free speech absolutism we've been hearing about. Flight paths that are public are protected by freedom of speech up to and including a court decision. Yet it's fine to have tons of white supremacy tweets and loaded threats and slanderous tweets about people without any issues.

- bdcrazy 4y agoHe is likely hoping the courts change course if he brings up safety and terrorism. He may not be wrong as the Supreme Court has changed longstanding decisions on larger topics recently.
- lost_tourist 4y agoYou have a point. The current SCOTUS majority is only paying attention to stare decisis/precedent when it's convenient for their agenda
