  Seems the same to me. Wouldn't this be a good set-up for some money laundering? If he had some entities that needed to disgorge cash to him, just mint NFTs and sell them to the entities? Will this be another way to hide bribes in any direction? I create something with essentially zero cost and sell it to you for a significant sum (or 1000 of them). I'll pay taxes or else figure out some offset dodge, because it's out in the open, but you appeared to get something in exchange so it's not a bribe for my service, it's a purchase of my wares.
