He doesn't care. He's hoping the threat of a lawsuit is scary enough. The guy should start a fund raiser. Maybe they could preempt this by suing Musk first and get a nice liberal judge. The advantage Musk would have by suing first is finding a corrupt Trump-appointed district.

- barbazoo 4y agoquantified is implying, and he's not totally wrong, that Musk gets enjoyment out of being in the spotlight, regardless the reason. Probably some truth to it, surely seems that way.
- rektide 4y agothe best highest form of psychopathy has become kind of apparent: those who convince themselves they and they alone stand between salvation of this planet & oblivion/ruin. no matter what people say or think, you can wrap the warm blanket of self-delusion around yourself & be convinced your ultimate cause is all that matters. this is near-kin to the wonderful Disco Elysium character attribute, Inland Empire. no external sources are required, you have a diverse & flourishing internal world you can always turn to supply yourself.

- quantified 4y agoAnd... let's see what's in store for Elon. He's at least seems to be a bit smarter to start with, but he's like the biggest glue manufacturer on earth beginning to get high on his own supply.
