Deep pocketed rich guy threatening a cannot afford a law suit average guy.
- lost_tourist 4y agoAll that guy has to do is show up in court without a lawyer and say he's protected under settled law and court cases. I assume the ACLU or similar will back him if he asks for their help. It's almost certain any judge this comes before will toss it out based on the 1st amendment and precedent.
